It was incorporated in April of 1980 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Sant Joan Despi, Spain. The company primarily offers the following products: biochemistry instruments (autoanalyser for biochemistry, multiparametrical autoanalyser, clinical chemistry photometer), sequential automatique densitometer, flame photometer, Gernon reagents, electrophoresis, immunochromatografic test, turbidimetría, and I.D.R. Inmunodiffusion Radial. Further, the company is present in more than 60 countries all over the world, through exclusive distributors who, apart from selling the products of their own production, are also in charge of their technical assistance in the different countries.
